How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@iluora.com with the subject "Wanderfish – Delete my account".
- So we can find your account, include your player name (the one other players see in Friends) and/or the order number of a purchase made in the game (it starts with "GPA." and appears in your Google Play receipt email).
- We will confirm the deletion by email within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your player account and player ID.
- Your cloud save (fish, aquarium, coins, progress and fish names).
- Your player name, your friends list and your public aquarium card.
- The gameplay statistics (analytics) linked to your player ID.
What is kept
- Purchase records held by Google Play, which Google keeps under its own policies and legal obligations. Permanent purchases stay linked to your Google Play account and can be restored if you play again.
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you (for example, "how many players reached level 5").
Other ways to control your data
- Analytics only: in the game, go to Options → Analytics and turn it off. The game stops sending statistics and requests the deletion of those already collected.
- Data on your device: uninstalling the game removes it.

Cómo pedir el borrado
- Escribe a support@iluora.com con el asunto «Wanderfish – Borrar mi cuenta».
- Para que podamos encontrar tu cuenta, indica tu nombre de jugador (el que ven otros jugadores en Amigos) y/o el número de pedido de una compra hecha en el juego (empieza por «GPA.» y aparece en el correo de recibo de Google Play).
- Te confirmaremos el borrado por correo en un plazo máximo de 30 días.
Qué se borra
- Tu cuenta de jugador y tu ID de jugador.
- Tu partida en la nube (peces, pecera, monedas, progreso y nombres de los peces).
- Tu nombre de jugador, tu lista de amigos y tu tarjeta de pecera pública.
- Las estadísticas de juego (analítica) asociadas a tu ID de jugador.
Qué se conserva
- Los registros de compra de Google Play, que Google conserva según sus propias políticas y obligaciones legales. Las compras permanentes siguen asociadas a tu cuenta de Google Play y se pueden restaurar si vuelves a jugar.
- Estadísticas agregadas que ya no te identifican (por ejemplo, «cuántos jugadores llegaron al nivel 5»).
Otras formas de controlar tus datos
- Solo la analítica: en el juego, ve a Opciones → Analítica y desactívala. El juego deja de enviar estadísticas y pide borrar las ya recogidas.
- Datos del dispositivo: se eliminan al desinstalar el juego.
